BOOKING CONDITIONS:

CANCELLATION. Tell us immediately by telephone and then in writing (or email) whereupon we will, without prejudice to our right to the rent in full, make every effort to re-let the property and refund your money, less a £25 administration charge. You will be liable for the rent in full if we cannot re-let the apartment.  WE RECOMMEND CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

CANCELLATION BY US. Following your booking, in the unlikely event of Ca’Amadi becoming unavailable, due to circumstances beyond our control, a complete refund will be paid including the deposit.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE. Visits commence after 2pm on the arrival date.  The apartment must be vacated by 10.30 am on the departure date.

PARTY SIZE. The number of persons occupying the apartment must not exceed that stated at the time of booking, unless previously agreed with us.

RISK. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ property, or for personal injury.

ACCESS. The owners and their agents shall be allowed access to the apartment at any reasonable time.

CLEANLINESS. We endeavour to maintain high standards of comfort and cleanliness at all times. Guests must therefore undertake to keep and leave the property (and all furniture, fittings and effects therein), in the same state of cleanliness and repair as they were found.

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES. All breakages or damage must be notified immediately. We reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage howsoever caused.

SMOKING. Ca’Amadi is a non- smoking property.

PETS. No dogs or other pets are allowed.

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS. will be sent at least 7 days before the visit, including directions from both local airports, car parks and the railway station.

ACCEPTANCE. Completing a Booking Form and paying the Deposit confirms Guests’ acceptance of these terms and conditions. No booking is firm until the deposit and signed booking form have been received.

I would like to book Ca’Amadi for the dates indicated and I will be responsible for my party not exceeding the maximum of 4 Adults and 2 children.

I undertake to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and agree to the booking conditions on this form.
