Our recently restored second floor apartment is a true oasis in the heart of this fabulous city, overlooking a very quiet and private Corte (with its 14th century well), yet only minutes from the bustling Rialto Bridge and the Market.

St Mark’s square (San Marco) is about 10 easy minutes away on foot, as are the ferries to the northern islands (Murano, Burano & Torcello).

It lies on the edge of the sestiere of Cannaregio, a local residential area and a true ‘Venetian’s Venice’, with a wealth of food and artisan shops, bars and restaurants.

Fully furnished and equipped to a high standard, it offers flexible accommodation for 2 – 4 plus sofa bed.

The flat is available throughout the year for a minimum of 3 nights and is an ideal base for weekend or short breaks.

We have made frequent visits to Venice for over 20 years and have produced for our guests a personal guide to the city, listing our favourite places to visit, eat and shop, plus many Venetian guides, history and cookery books.

Although popular throughout the year, we particularly recommend visits in the quieter months of February, March and November.
